    We all need a purpose, whether we are a type a or not. We all need to feel vital and viable.

    Lisa, I couldn’t agree with you more. The problem I find is that it isn’t as easy as one would like.
    I think what’s really important is that one gets involved with something that is truly meaningful. Golf, Daytime TV, the grandchildren, etc. are not fulfilling in the long run. It’s difficult when you spend most of your life involved in one thing, and then it stops, there’s an empty feeling. Hopefully there are interests before one retires that can be expanded upon when the time comes to retire.
