One year after marriage due to some problems I had to see my Gynecologist. I was shocked to know that I had a large fibroid tumor in my uterus. It was also found that there was a four-week fetus developing alongside. The doctor was doubtful whether I should continue with the pregnancy considering the size of the tumor. But I wanted to take chance and not go in for termination of pregnancy. The next few weeks were very difficult; I had to be hospitalized for some injections and observation. Even after returning home I needed to be in complete bed rest till the end of the term.
